PE-RT/AL/PE-RT 12mm x 80m Roll

Description

Our PE-RT/AL/PE-RT pipe is manufactured with a total of five layers including an outer and inner core of PE-RT which sandwiches a thin layer of aluminium that is fully sealed using a butt-welded joint.

This inner layer of aluminium allows the pipe to be formed by hand and retains its shape making it ideal for underfloor heating projects, particularly when using pre-grooved low profile overlay systems. This vital layer prevents oxygen leaking into the pipe therefore significantly reducing corrosion of metal components.

1. Five layer composite pipe using PE-RT inner and outer layers with a 0.25mm thick edge-welded aluminium core.

4. High temperature resistance: the maximum sustained working temperature is up to 70 degree celcius, the maximum transient temperature is up to 85 degrees celsius.
