Suitable for new build and renovation projects, these kits include an 18mm thick gypsum fibre overlay panel that can be installed over the existing floor and is pre-grooved to fit the 12mm multilayer PERT/AL/PERT pipe at 150mm centres. This means that not only do you benefit from excellent heat outputs but also response times are better as the underfloor heating pipes are laid just below the finished floor surface, whether this be ceramic tiles or timber floor, both of which can be laid directly over the low profile panels.
The low profile overlay panel is manufactured from a high performance Fermacell gypsum fibreboard and designed to incorporate both straight pipe runs and the option of forming pipe returns meaning that there is no need for multiple components.
When installing the gypsum fibre low profile overlay panels it is highly recommended that the boards are bonded together along the edges using Fermacell JointSTIK Adhesive. Each 1kg bottle will cover on average 20m² of overlay board.

Each panel is 18mm thick and 1200mm x 600mm with routed straight and return grooves spaced at 150mm centres to receive a 12mm underfloor heating pipe. UFH Manifold Stainless Steel manifolds for use on underfloor heating systems. These consist of manifold bars, one for the flow and one for the return, complete with ball valves, drain/filling valves and air vents. On the flow bar each port has a flow indicator, with isolator including an easy-to-read gauge-glass.
