ULTRA-JK Flooring System

FLOORJET Screed System

FLOORJET Acoustic screed underlay is the premier solution for either over or beneath all liquid and dry screed constructions. It is a fully sealed system designed for reducing the impact noise transfer between separating concrete floor and is unrivalled in performance achieving a 23dB sound reduction according to BS EN ISO 10140-1 and BS EN ISO 717-2. The lightweight FLOORJET underlay weighs only 270g/m and has a total thickness of just 2.5mm including the pre-bonded 800 gauge polyethylene damp proof membrane

ULTRA PRO Dry Screed Panels

ULTRA PRO is a low profile, dry screed system manufactured from recycled gypsum and cellulose fibres (recycled paper). The system comprises of 18mm thick castellated panels that have been designed in various designs including straights, circles and combined straight with returns, as well as a range of sizes including 600mm x 600mm, 600mm x 800mm and 600mm x 1200mm. All of them to accommodate a 12mm diameter underfloor heating pipe.

ULTRA PRO XPS Tacker Clip System

Tacker Clips is a commonly used system for underfloor heating whereby an underfloor heated screed is to be installed over a floating floor of insulation. Our ULTRA PRO XPS panels are manufactured using extruded polystyrene which unlike its expanded polystyrene equivalent, has a far greater compressive strength at 300kPa making the complete floor less likely to move under load. By laying our Henco Foil product which has pre-printed 50mm x 50mm grid lines, over the insulation the underfloor heating pipes can be quickly installed whilst ensuring that pipe centres are maintained as this is important for a more even distribution of heat.
