Description
The ULTRA PRO 250 SR is designed for underfloor heating systems to provide a low profile floor panel that can be used in both new build and retrofit projects. Each panel is 18mm thick and 1200mm x 600mm with routed straight and return grooves spaced at 150mm centres and 250mm left and right directional,to receive a 12mm underfloor heating pipe. The ULTRA PRO™ 18 board is manufactured using a high performance, non-flammable fermacell Gypsum fibreboard.

This multi use panel combines the option for forming continuous straight runs left and right directional meander and manifold returns.

It is higly recommended that the ULTRA PRO™ 18 panels are bonded together using ULTRA PRO™ JointSTIK adhesive to reduce the risk of movement in the panels once laid. Each 1KG Bottle ULTRA PRO™ JointSTIK is sufficient for approximately 25m²

The ULTRA PRO 250 SR board combines the ability to lay straight pipe runs only or a combination of straight pipe runs or left or right directionevery 250mm. in a single low profile, dry screed overlay board. The 600mm x 1200mm panels are manufactured from an 18mm thick fermacell board.ULTRA PRO is a unique low profile floor heating system ideal for both renovation and new build projects Installed over the existing floor and only 18mm in depth, ULTRA PRO allows floor heating to be installed where traditional under floor systems would either require expensive excavation or would require the floor to be raised to an unacceptable level. The ULTRA PRO system is available in 6 panel types to allow for installation to all build types and floor coverings. ULTRA PRO panel is a fibrous panel used for heavyweight floor coverings such as ceramics, or where the floor covering needs to be secured directly to the panel, e.g. solid wood. ULTRA PRO systems use a 12mm pipe at 150mm pipe centres and provide excellent response times and heat output compared with traditional built in under floor heating solutions and are therefore ideal for both traditional heating systems and low temperature renewable systems. %
